Increased popularity of ZaZaChat in Higher Education Industry resulted in 18 new schools subscribing to ZaZaChat service in the month of July, 2008.
The vast variety of features and the ease of use of ZaZaChat Help Desk Software gained an increased popularity in Higher Education Industry. ZaZaChat's ability to host all of help desk departments and modules (Live Chat, Support Tickets, Knowledge Base, Callback requests) under one operator panel is unmatched in the industry.
We are planning to introduce 2 new major features to ZaZaChat help desk software on September 25th, 2008 which will increase ZaZaChat popularity even further and broader:
1. Support Center - ability to create and publish company's support center in minutes. Support Center will house Live Chat, Support Tickets, Knowledge Base and Surveys on one page. Support Center will be fully customizable (logo, fonts, modules, colors) to match Company's public website colors and styles. It will also have CNAME functionality built-in for easy integration into the company's public website.
2. Survey system - ability to setup, publish and distribute surveys in minutes.
Other minor additions and improvements are scheduled to be released along with above mentioned updates.
